Official Rules & Regulations of the "Xtreme Outdoorsman Challenge"

INTRO: This is a hunting tournament being hosted for the first time in the United States. The tournament consists two- person teams that hunt for 1day and must kill a species bag limit. The event is timed, and teams are awarded points for filling bag limits for both team members and points for time remaining after all bag limits have been legally taken and checked in. All teams will need to make sure their registrations are completed with the Outdoorsman Challenge staff prior to starting their competition bag limits.

CURRENT RULES, February 1, 2010


1. Teams are made up of only two hunters.


2. All registration paperwork must be completed prior to the event.


3. Legal hunting licenses and habitat stamps for species being hunted must be available to Challenge Staff.


4. Two forms of valid identification must be presented to the Outdoorsman Challenge staff.


5. Each team will be required to be present at the lodge or plantation of the hunting event.


6. Public hunting areas, private ground, and outfitter property within the boundaries of the states listed above and may be used for the tournament.


7. All tournament fees must be paid in full prior to competing in the Challenge. Returned checks will be charged a $50 fee.


8. Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis. No places will be held without a deposit. Tournament is not limited to any specific number of teams. There is minimum requirement of 10 teams in order for the event to take place.

9. Xtreme Outdoor Challenge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.


10. All team members will hunt all animals without the assistance of any other person or forfeit their entry in the challenge.


11. Each member must follow all rules and regulations for legally shooting all animal species acquired in the State inwhich they bags limits were taken. Violations of any Hunting Regulations will be reported and violators will be prosecuted with the encouragement and support of the Xtreme Outdoorsman Challenge, its management and its field observers.


12. The species are: Waterfowl, Sharptailed Grouse, Prairie Chicken, Deer, Coyote, Turkey, Quail, or Pheasant.


13. All teams will check their game at check-in stations located throughout the property and marked on the contest map. Your time and bag limits will be recorded by the check station official and presented to the Challenge Management for official recording. Staff members and checkstation officials are a neutral part of the competition and must be present when checking bag limits required by the Challenge.



FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS OR THE HUNTING REGULATIONS PER STATE WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
